Your order is shipped through our logistics partners. Shipping costs and the estimated delivery date are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order total. Free shipping is available on all orders over 99 € (or 99 CHF for Switzerland).

Standard shipping: 9,95 CHF (Delivered Duty Paid)

All duties and import VAT are included. No additional charges on delivery.
Multiple Shipments
Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped in separate packages. In that case, you will receive separate dispatch emails with individual tracking numbers, so you can follow each package individually.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your shipment.
Missed Delivery
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will either make a second delivery attempt or leave your package at a nearby pickup point. Details will be provided on the delivery notice.
Delivery Addresses
We currently cannot deliver to parcel stations or pickup points. Please provide a regular delivery address at checkout.
Customs and Import Charges
No customs charges apply within the EU. For Switzerland, all duties and import VAT are already included in the price shown at checkout.
